Our Return Policy / Cancellation Policy
Our personalised gifts and cards are non-returnable as they are custom printed
Please ensure all personalised details are correct when placing your order as mistakes cannot be rectified after the order has been placed. Times Remembered take no responsibility for any spelling or punctuation mistakes made by the customer but will endeavour to point out any mistakes that may have been made if noticed.
However, if WE have made a mistake with your order please contact us and a replacement will be sent free of charge.
If you have made a mistake with your order and it has already been printed/dispatched then there will be a charge for sending a replacement (price depends on product ordered).
If you have ordered a framed product and the frame is damaged on receipt then a replacement frame will be sent – the order will not be refunded. If your order has arrived damaged contact us by email quoting your order reference number.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 3 working days from the date you receive your order.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Any errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar or dates made by the customer
- Errors in options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type made by the customer
- Please preview your order carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
